Paul Hayman

President, TenantAccess

Paul Hayman first joined the company as a Vice President with College Pro Painters in August 1985. Since 1999 he has been the Executive Vice President of The Franchise Company. He is responsible for the performance of a large number of the company's subsidiaries and various internal support programs. Mr. Hayman is also actively involved in the acquisition and integration process.

He first became involved with the company in 1980 when he was a College Pro Manager in his hometown of Belleville, Ontario. In 1981, he graduated from Ivey Business School at the University of Western Ontario and went to work for Price Waterhouse where he successfully attained his Chartered Accountant designation. Mr. Hayman returned to the organization in 1985 and has held many executive positions including CEO of College Pro Painters, CEO of Pillar To Post, President of CertaPro Painters Canada and President of TLS.

Mr. Hayman and his family reside in London, Ontario. He is a member of the Young Presidents' Organization and has been involved as mentor of various Canadian Merit Award winners for the past 10 years.

Denia Graham

Ms. Graham has over 29 years of experience in commercial, residential real estate and property management including REO asset management, rehabilitation, remodeling and closings. Ms. Graham is tasked with driving operational strategy for TenantAccess’ comprehensive services offerings.

Ms. Graham has held a number of prominent positions in the REO industry, beginning her career selling real estate and managing the REO portfolio for a large Southern CA S&L. Prior to joining TenantAccess, she was Senior Vice President of Client Operations for Field Asset Services (FAS), primarily responsible for the management of large client relationships and oversight of more than 25,000 REO assets. Before joining FAS, Ms. Graham spent more than 20 years as a Management & Marketing Contractor for the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development. Ms. Graham also served as managing partner at Electronic Real Estate Services, LLC, a distressed asset management company that worked as a prime contractor for the U.S. Department of HUD as well as GSA, doing property management for the Internal Revenue Service.
