Founded in Canada in 1971, College Pro was the originator of the student-painting category. Today College Pro works throughout Canada and the Northeast, Midwest and Northwest United States, and is the largest company of its kind. Every year a complete franchise system is recruited, trained, operated, and closed down, while producing quality paint jobs and young people who are schooled in "Real Life" business skills, and who have met and often exceeded their own expectations. The brand is one of “together, realizing potentials”, and it aptly names the company’s promise and its legitimate success.

The core purpose of College Pro is "together, realizing potentials". To us, this is no idle statement. It is a living testimony to the opportunity of our students to fulfill the promise that lives inside them to become successful by delivering a promise, and hold responsibility and accountability for their actions.

At College Pro, "together, realizing potentials" also means realizing the potential of a home made more beautiful - more "home" - as a result of our painting work, and finally, the potential of every homeowner to play a significant role in the coaching and mentoring of our young people, passing over to them some of the lessons they have learned as they have navigated the realities of life.
