Tony Valle

CEO, College Pro Painters North-America

Tony Valle began his career in the organization as a successful franchisee for College Pro Painters in 1985. His other positions in College Pro included General Manager in 1989 and 1990 and Vice President from 1994 to 1998. Before returning to the company in 1994, he was a Marketing Director for an investment management firm in Western Canada. While completing his MBA in the early 1990's at the Richard Ivey School of Business, Mr. Valle specialized in Organizational Behavior. From 1998 to 2004, he helped create and run the Leadership Development Program for The Franchise Company. Starting in 2004, he was responsible for working with our partners in TFC's company-owned businesses.

In late 2006, he became CEO for College Pro Painters and Action Window Cleaners in North America.

Mr. Valle is married and lives in Toronto, Ontario with his family.
