Paul Hayman first joined the company as a Vice President with College Pro Painters in August 1985. Since 1999 he has been the Executive Vice President of The Franchise Company. He is responsible for the performance of a large number of the company's subsidiaries and various internal support programs. Mr. Hayman is also actively involved in the acquisition and integration process.

He first became involved with the company in 1980 when he was a College Pro Manager in his hometown of Belleville, Ontario. In 1981, he graduated from Ivey Business School at the University of Western Ontario and went to work for Price Waterhouse where he successfully attained his Chartered Accountant designation. Mr. Hayman returned to the organization in 1985 and has held many executive positions including CEO of College Pro Painters, CEO of Pillar To Post, President of CertaPro Painters Canada, President of TLS and Executive Vice President of TFC.

Mr. Hayman and his family reside in London, Ontario. He is a member of the Young Presidents' Organization and has been involved as mentor of various Canadian Merit Award winners for the past 10 years.
