Tim Clark began his affiliation with College Pro Painters in the early 70’s as a painter and a franchisee before joining the full-time team in 1994 and progressing to his current role with The Franchise Company as Vice President, Human Resource Development. Mr. Clark used his painting and franchisee days to pay for his university degree at the University of Western Ontario and his recreational needs in Thunder Bay, his hometown.

During the 1980's and early 90's, Mr. Clark was immersed in the alpine ski world where he worked first as an instructor, then as a coach and finally as an administrator for the alpine ski racing organization.

Mr. Clark returned to the company in 1994 as Vice President of College Pro Painters, British Columbia. In 1999, Mr. Clark became President of College Pro Painters Canada. In 2004, he joined The Franchise Company corporate team as Vice President, Human Resource Development, which includes both The Leadership Development Program and The Stream.

Mr. Clark is married with three children and resides in the London, Ontario area.
