Have pride in what you do
This is all about getting things right. It requires a deep, and realistic, understanding and knowledge of skill set and competency, managing for the future in order to leave a proud legacy, and perhaps most important, being able to say “No” when things seem wrong. All of this is levered off the effort and requirement to do it right the first time as much as possible, because every output is about the building and keeping of personal reputation.
