"Well, It’s been an excellent marriage between Paul Davis Restoration and TFC. The philosophy of decentralization of management is a very appealing philosophy to us. We get the advantage of having a very large “partner,” if you will, who is also there to assist us in strategy and other areas where we seek their advice and they’re always there for us. On the other hand, they are not trying to run the company from the remote location. So it’s been a very ideal business relationship. The thing that I really like about The Franchise Company is that it’s a values-driven organization. And on many occasions when we’re making decision, I will have a discussion with Steve Rogers regarding which way we should go and the question comes up: how does this fit within our values structure? And, to me, that is a refreshing approach to business and I think it has resulted in a lot of good decision-making that’s the right decision. So it’s been a very pleasant relationship, and frankly, we couldn’t be happier."
