Branchising is the concept under which TFC acquires the ownership, or majority ownership, of successful franchises already part of the TFC system. Branchise® candidates must have a strong team in place or a TFC partner that will manage the operations, live TFC values, and participate as minority shareholders. This concept was initiated in 2000 with the acquisition of the California Closets Boston franchise, and has grown rapidly since that time to become a significant part of TFC’s performance.
